This a simple little studio apartment in one of the most stunning locations on the Atlantic Coast of Cape Town. Nestled right next to the sea between Llandudno and Sandy Bay beaches you are oblivious to the hundreds of houses just near by. It was a lovely spot for a change of scene, some peace, nature, sunsets, hikes and dips in the freezing sea. Good restaurants nearby in Hout Bay too. Owners are very friendly and helpful too.

We have just returned to Europe after a wonderful 3 week tour around South Africa. Our last few days were spent at Sea-Side Studio, in Llandudno and what a perfect place it was to finish our holiday. The accommodation is located beneath the owner's house and features a large bedroom, with a kitchen and dining area, plus a separate shower and WC. Immediately outside the patio doors is another dining area, which overlooks the swimming pool and magnificent rocks leading directly to the Atlantic Ocean.
The house is at the end of a row of 4 or 5 luxury houses and has incredible views over the unspoilt Table Mountain National Park and the ocean. We were fortunate to see a pod of dolphins swimming close by! The sunset from the terrace is amazing too!
There are two stunning beaches (Llandudno and Sandy Bay), both around a 15 to 20 minute scenic walk away. There are no facilities in Llandudno itself, but the small, beautiful towns of Hout Bay and Camps Bay which have many shops, bars and restaurants are less than 10 minutes drive away. Cape Town and the Waterfront are around 20 minutes drive.
If you are looking for somewhere to relax, enjoy the amazing scenery and sunshine, then this is the ideal place to visit. We can't wait to return!

Thanks again for the recommendation Nicola and we hope to return in a couple of years time. If it is just my wife and I then we will definitely choose Sea-Side Studio, but if some or all of our children and their partners come, then we will need a larger property.
