The kitchen is fully built-in and features a double fridge and freezer. A bar table offers the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or a glass of wine while cooking.

Equipped with a range of Miele appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, and wine fridge.

Bedrooms

Well-equipped with closets, some built-in desks, and space-efficient shelving, designed to be both stylish and practical.

Air conditioning and heating are individually operated in each room. The home features wooden floors throughout and double glazing.

There are 6 bedrooms: 5 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Bathrooms

All four bathrooms feature underfloor heating and good-quality bathroom attire, along with ample tailor-made storage space.

Double Garage

The double garage can be used for parking, laundry, or additional storage. It includes extensive built-in storage, an extra fridge and wine fridge, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

All security equipment, including monitors, is installed in the garage, along with home automation systems.

A spacious outdoor area offering natural shade and a high level of privacy.

Includes an outdoor dining area with a braai (Weber barbecue) and a playground for children. The heated pool is ideal for both young and old.
