Llandudno Serenity is just a five minute stroll down to beautiful Llandudno Beach with it’s distinctive granite boulders and surf. The house is a comfortable, six bedroom home. It benefits from sea and mountain views with a pretty garden and pool. There are terraces and balconies around the house for dining, lounging, taking shade and watching the ocean and sunset.
The house was one of the first houses to be built in Llandudno and is over 100 years old. It is tastefully furnished in shades of blue, white and wood to echo it’s seaside surroundings lending it a Cape Cod feel.
Llandudno is a relaxed and safe suburb, however the house is equipped with a monitored alarm system and has a safe for valuables.
The house has an open plan kitchen/diner which leads out to a terrace with table and chairs under a vine clad pergola.
To the first floor is the master suite which offers a super-king bed, en-suite bath/shower and sea views.
The ground floor has three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One has an en-suite shower room and the other two share a family bath/shower room.
To the lower ground floor is one bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a further bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite bath/shower room and a TV/Games room den which leads onto the pool area.
The house is equipped with fans, hairdryers WIFI and satellite television.
Llandudno is a beautiful suburb of Cape Town on the Atlantic Seaboard. It has an exclusive yet understated feel. The beach at Llandudno is very distinctive with it’s huge granite boulders at either end and amazing surf. The sunsets are renowned as spectacular.
Behind Llandudno are beautiful mountain views just as stunning as the ocean. Llandudno is conveniently located five minutes drive from nearby Hout Bay with it’s shops, restaurants and beach.
Bustling Camps Bay is fifteen minutes drive away with it’s restaurants and bars and the Constantia Wine Route and Waterfront are twenty minutes drive away.
